The calves are raised in group housing by the VanDrie Group’s veal farmers. The stalls are spacious, light and airy. The calves are fed calf milk supplemented with roughage. Heat vegetable oil in a large frying pan on a medium to high heat
Cook the schnitzel for 2-3min on each size until completely golden in colour
Drain onto kitchen paper before serving
