Our three-Bird Roast is made using a 5-6kg bronze-feathered free-range turkey, a 2.2kg gressinham Duck and an English Pheasant
Our turkeys are the finest available in England. They are raised on an oat-rich cereal diet free from growth promoting additives and grazed outside in glorious grassy meadow daily from 6 weeks olds.
Our ducks are bred and reared within a few miles of us in Suffolk. This duck is a unique breed that is renowned for its superior taste and higher percentage of breast meat.
All of our game is wild and free-roaming and comes from the heart of our glorious British countryside.
We have a wide range of wines, selected to complement your Three-Bird Roast, and available to add to your online or in-shop basket.
We order each of our turkeys to meet your order and need 3 weekdays notice.
