2020 vintage conditions in were perfect in many ways. A warm, dry early season gave way to a mild, sometimes cool, February and March which allowed for ripening at a very relaxed pace. Small yields across all regions concentrated the fruit flavours while the dry conditions led to low disease pressures. A vibrant, textural white with hints of almond blossom, quince and ripe pear. Tangy, almost exotic but pithy and delicious.

A blend of native grapes Antao Vaz and Arinto. A bouquet of ripe, tropical and dried citrus fruits and toasted almonds with a freshness throughout. Enjoy it as an aperitif but it would very happily accompany cheese, charcuterie, olives and tapas.

Elegant, delicately aromatic with a touch of spice. Apricot, lychee, honeysuckle and ginger. Well-balanced with minerality and structure. Bright, mouthwatering acidity, great Furmint typicity. Just off-dry in style with delightfully light alcohol – so yes, you can have another glass, it would be Mad not to!

A complex, concentrated example of Pouilly Fumé with well balanced, crisp gooseberry and blackcurrant leaf fruit overlaid with hints of citrus and mineral. An excellent aperitif or match with fish and white meat dishes.

Not that many people have tried a pink Sancerre, but its well worth a try, the colour comes from gently crushing and short contact of the red skins of Pinot Noir. Extremely pale cherry colour with leafy aromas and soft gently dry fruit flavours, with pleasant savoury undertones on the palate.
