Oven - Pre heat oven to 190oC, gas mark 5. Place on a tray lined with baking parchment and cook in the oven for approx 10-12 min for medium. Cook for a further 5 minutes for well done.
BBQ or grill - 7-8 minutes for medium, turning regularly.
