On each visit we’ll help select a wine for the perfect match, up to £15 in value

WINTER

December to March – Collect 450g of Osso Bucco, Italian for "bone with a hole", a reference to the marrow hole at the centre of the cross-cut veal shank. Try our online recipe for Osso Bucco with Truffled Borlotti Beans & Savoy Cabbage for a delicious slow-cooked winter warmer.

SPRING

April to June – An 8-bone, French-trimmed English Spring Lamb Rack needs to be roasted ‘pink’ in order to enjoy the succulent, tender, sweet flavour of young lamb. Serve with gratin potatoes and roasted seasonal vegetables.

SUMMER

July to September – Our Summertime BBQ Box for 2 (to 4) includes aged rib eye steak, lamb cutlets, brisket burgers, marinaded chicken thighs and our home made sausages. To be enjoyed with cold beer or a decent malbec.

AUTUMN

October to November – 1 Rib (1 Kg) Côte de Boeuf – The King of Steaks. 21+ day aged. A choice cut of beef rib characterised by its natural fat covering and succulence from being matured and cooked on the bone. It is well-marbled and caramelises when cooked, which makes for naturally tender meat with outstanding flavour. Perfect for generous steak dinners and special occasions.
