Cooking Instructions:
Pre heat oven to 180oC/gas mark 4
Heat some oil in a large frying pan over medium heat
Fry the kiev for 2-3 min on each side until golden in colour
Transfer to a baking tray and cook for a further 20 minutes until cooked through
