Cooking Instructions:
Oven - Pre heat oven to 190oC, gas mark 5. Place on a tray lined with baking parchment and cook in the oven for approx 20 min , until the meat is cooked through and juices run clear.
BBQ or grill - 8-9 minutes, turning regularly
