Each burger is a 200g treat from prime chuck. Occasionally off cuts from some finer cuts also go into the mince – you lucky people! All of the beef used in our burgers is born and reared in UK then minced here on our premises by our own butchers.
We have a wide range of wines, selected to complement your beef, and available to add to your online or in-shop basket.
Oven Cooking - Pre heat oven to 190oC, gas mark 5. Remove packaging and cook in the oven for approx 20 mins, until the meat is cooked through.
BBQ or grill - Cook for 8-10 minutes for medium, turning once or twice
