Lamb Tagine

Using prime free range lamb leg, in a Moroccan glaze with olive oil, red onions and coriander.

We have a wide range of wines, selected to complement your lamb, and available to add to your online or in-shop basket.

All of our lamb is free-range and English.

Cooking Instructions:

Pre heat oven to 160oC. Colour the tagine mix in a pan so the meat is brown in colour and transfer the mix into a casserole dish. Use lamb stock to just cover the meat and place in the oven for 2 hours with tin foil over the top of the dish.
