Cooking Instructions:
Pre heat oven to 160oC. Colour the tagine mix in a pan so the meat is brown in colour and transfer the mix into a casserole dish. Use lamb stock to just cover the meat and place in the oven for 2 hours with tin foil over the top of the dish.
