After earning the name Cuvee Royale after been served in the Royal courts of Queen Victoria & King Edward. This release from Joseph Perrier is an expertly crafted expression. After 6 generations of wine growing; this independent producer still uses traditional harvesting methods, with each grape hand-picked and meticulously checked for its quality. A critically acclaimed Champagne, the Cuvee Royale is an assemblage of a third of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with the rest Pinot Meunier. This is then aged for a minimum of 3 years before been bottled. Easy drinking, makes a lovely aperitif and pairs well with cheeses, white meats and most kinds of fish, especially fried fish
