Thai Chicken Stir Fry

Strips of barn-reared chicken breast and mixed vegetables, in a Thai marinade (coriander, lemongrass and chilli).

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a small amount of oil in a large frying pan on a medium to high heat

Add more vegetables according to your preference

Cook the stir fry mix for 8-10 minutes

Serve with rice or egg noodles
