Wagyu Sirloin Steak

Our Grade 5 Japanese Wagyu steak is imported directly from Japan, from the highest ranking worldwide Wagyu beef producer. Our Wagyu cattle are reared on Kyusgu Island, which is blessed with a warm, natural, tropical climate. Grade 5 is the highest possible grade of Wagyu, given by the Japan Meat Grading Association.

Cattle is fed a daily diet that includes fresh water, a large amount of corn, soybean, wheat bran, pineapple and grape pmace. Dried grass is also part of the diet to help improve the quality of meat and digestion. No GMO is used.

The beef is superbly marbled, making for buttery texture that makes Japanese Wagyu so legendary. The meat is incredibly rich and tender, melt-in-the-mouth beef that can't be matched.

Please add a note to confirm if you would like your 250g portion sliced into 2x125g pieces, or if ordering more than 250g, how you would like it to be prepared.
