Baked in small batches during the run up to the festive season, our chocolate panettone is made by a master baker in Brescia who has been making traditional Italian dolci for over 40 years in his family bakery.
Like all Seggiano cakes, our chocolate panettone is made with organic eggs and butter and avoids the trans fatty emulsifiers and preservatives usually used in industrial cakes to artificially maintain moisture and prolong shelf life.
Made with organic eggs and butter, a 40 year old mother yeast, local acacia honey and quality dark chocolate, our award winning Chocolate Panettone is slow baked over 36 hours to an irresistibly light and fluffy consistency.
Artisan panettone which takes 36 hours to make and has a 5 month shelf life.
