This product has been made for over 60 years in Figeac, using traditional methods, rigor and attention to detail. To be enjoyed chilled, and goes wonderfully with chutney or sweet wines.

Duck foie gras, calvados 1.8%, guerande salt 1.3%, fennel 0.3%, tellicherry pepper 0.2%.
