Born of the wind, sun and ocean, this sea salt from Guérande made of beautiful white crystals, shaped on the surface of the salt-pans. Gathered according to traditional methods and dried by the sun. Serving suggestion: crumble the sea salt with your fingers over raw vegetables, salads and grilled fish and meat.
