Colston Bassett is one of the smallest Stilton producers in the country, a farmers’ co-operative making cheese in the Vale of Belvoir since 1913. The texture of the cheese is smooth and creamy with a mellow flavour and no sharp acidic taste from the blue. Buttery, fruity & tangy.
