Ballancourt's Chicken Liver Pâté With Cognac is a fantastic coarse cut, all natural gluten free pâté, which begs to be spread and served on canapés.

Ballancourt was founded in 2003 by David and Michelle Marshall who with a wealth of knowledge of fine French foods have established a business supplying superb tasting, quality, traditional French produce.
