A Butchery Demonstration & Italian Menu Evening

If you’re a lover of the fabulous Cote De Boeuf cut of meat you’re in for a treat this March. Our Head Butcher, Jason, will be demonstrating the preparation of this 21-day aged top grade British Beef on 21^st March as part of our Italian Evening at La Gaffe in Hampstead.

Following the butchery demonstration, the wonderful Chefs of La Gaffe will take the beef off to the kitchen to be turned into the delightful Italian dish, Costolette Di Manzo. The rib of beef will be grilled and served on the bone with green peppercorn or mushroom and cream sauce and seasonal vegetables, forming the main course of the evening’s special 3-course Set Menu (£25.00 per person).
