Biltong is a delicious cured beef snack made according to a 400-year old traditional South African recipe.
m-eat! biltong is always tenderised and then slow dried for three days to ensure excellent flavour and tenderness. Garlic flavour uses base spices of ground coriander seeds, salt and pepper mixed with Worcestershire sauce and malt vinegar mixed with garlic powder.
200g beef per 100g finished product biltong, black pepper, salt, coriander, cider vinegar, garlic flavouring. Preservatives: E202 (potassium sorbate - inhibits the growth of mould), ascorbic acid (preserves freshness).
