This filling is made with a combination of Burrata cheese and truffle. We use creamy Italian Burrata Cheese. We then add tasty Summer Black Truffles from the Umbria region in Italy. Try them with some Mushrooms or just with olive oil and Parmesan Cheese, a triumph!
