A Summer Tasting at The Hampstead Butcher & Providore Supper Club
Join us for Different Shades of Rosé, a relaxed and flavour-filled evening at The Hampstead Butcher & Providore Supper Club, where we explore the elegance and variety of rosé wines from around the world—each one paired with delicious food, including succulent Sutton Hoo Free-Range Chicken roasted to perfection and served with vibrant Chimi Love sauces.
We’ll begin with bubbles: the elegant Crémant de Loire Rosé, Carte Corail from Domaine des Baumard, followed by Rosé de Noirs from Roebuck Estates in Sussex—English Sparkling at its finest.
From there, sip your way south to the Cinq Pétales Cinsault Rosé from Languedoc’s La Vie en Rose, then on to Provence with the beautifully pale and crisp Les deux Anges by Château L’Escarelle.
No rosé journey would be complete without a Loire Valley classic—Sancerre Rosé, Terre de Maimbray by Pascal & Nicolas Reverdy, brimming with freshness and finesse. And to finish, a sweet treat from Australia: Pink Muscat by Stella Bella in Margaret River, a beautifully fragrant dessert wine with notes of rose and exotic fruit.
Your host for the evening is our good friend and wine expert, Alex Baudouin, who will guide you through each wine with tasting tips, pairing ideas, and just the right dose of storytelling.
