The Butcher’s Banquet
On Monday 29th April, in an evening celebrating the Great British Beef Week, our butchers will be demonstrating the preparation of 28-day aged Côte du Boeuf at The Duke of Hamilton in Hampstead.
Following the demonstration the feast begins with scallop & crushed Jersey Royals, followed by the freshly prepared côte du boeuf as your main course with Café de Paris hollandaise sauce, beef dripping chips, baby leaf salad and sprouting broccoli & ogleshield. To conclude, a rhubarb and stem ginger pavlova for dessert. £55 per person.
