Vouchers are not valid in conjunction with any other offer. You cannot use our vouchers to discharge indebtedness in respect of an account.
Please protect your voucher and treat it as cash; we cannot replace lost, stolen or damaged vouchers
The gift and class vouchers expire 12 months from purchase. We will not refund any balance remaining.
Gift and class vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. We do not give change or refunds on gift and class vouchers.
Gift and class vouchers may only be used for a single purchase, not in smaller amounts.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept a gift voucher which we deem to be tampered with, duplicated or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud.
We reserve the right to amend the gift voucher terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.
Used vouchers are to be retained by The Hampstead Butcher & Providore.
Our monetary gift vouchers for instore use can only be redeemed in our shops. The original voucher must be presented.
Our monetary gift vouchers for online use can only be redeemed in our online shop. It will be delivered on email or via post (as per order). It will contain a voucher code that can be redeemed towards your online shopping
Butchery class can only be redeemed in our shops or when booking a class online. The original voucher must be presented.
Bookings cannot be changed with less than 5 days’ notice. Within 5 days, you are welcome to contact us to see if we have someone on our waiting list. If we are unable to rebook your space, the booking will go ahead in your name; you are welcome to send someone in your place. If you absolutely cannot attend, you will be offered the equivalent selection of meat and wine that you would have taken home with you after the class, to collect from your nearest shop.
Vouchers hand delivered by our own courier within NW1, NW2, NW3, NW5, NW6, NW8, NW11, N2, N6, N8, N10, N19 are delivered free of charge.
Vouchers delivered beyond the above-mentioned free delivery postcodes, incur a postage charge of £7.50 (tracked and signed for postal service which includes insuring contents). There is one charge per delivery so multiple vouchers to the same address will incur in one single charge.
Digital vouchers will be delivered upon purchase to the chosen recipient email. It is your responsibility to ensure you have entered the correct email address.
Payments are made using the secure server from WorldPay. Please familiarise yourself with our delivery charges and online shopping terms and conditions.
